Turn Tempomat off when Break Pedal Pressed

Turn out the tempomat functionality when the user presses the break pedal manually.

Definition of Done

• [ ] must behave the same way as turning off tempomat manually
• when break is manually pressed, then
  • [ ] if tempomat is off, remains off
  • [ ] if tempomat is on, turns off
• [ ] when break is pressed by tempomat, tempomat remains on
