[ ] #216 (make tempomat keep speed)

Description

Use the mechanics implemented in #216 and adjust its target speed to the speed of the car in the front.

Tips

Use the front radar to obtain the object ahead
Check if it is a car, if we think we have the tech on the simulated car to decide so
Convert speed of car on the front into the direction of current movement (do with vector math)

Definitions of Done

[ ] speed of car in front is known
[ ] speed of car in front is converted as relative to facing (movement direction) of our own car
[ ] target speed of tempomat is decreased when the speed of the car in the front is lower
