define satisfactory :) But yes, even though from today's perspective I think it's not well written and the code could be optimized, it works and creates valid, optimized results.

I'm looking for a opensource MS-RCPSP solver engine. I need to orchestrates a pool of resources with different skills and be able to assign them to tasks, based on their skill and priorities. Do you know any?

Well, I wrote mine from scratch so I don't really know any other. However, try browsing through the iMopse project site (referenced in this repo's readme) - the project's dedicated to solving that problem so you might find something interesting there. You can also try contacting that project's collaborators as they might definitely be able to help you.
