Learn how to create a new coding project on the console.

[x] Go to your coding folder (~/coding)
[x] Create a new folder and move in to it
[x] Create new empty files (.i.e. readme.md or index.html)
[x] Open the folder with the Visual Studio Code terminal shortcut
