There is no driver for Sensus water meter? Possible to make it own?

First, as I see, you need key https://wmbusmeters.org/analyze/2644AE4C6493170080377221925610AE4C0B070A00100500D4EE93527D1F531A9EFA8BC54CE71F

then, according to datasheet, should be possible to decode OMS data.
