qdata/tm.ipc: connect: no such file or directory #12

How to generate the file qdata/tm.ipc

I get the following error when I run raft-start.sh: qdata/tm.ipc: connect: no such file or directory tm.ipc is nowhere generated in any of the scripts, I only have raft/geth.ipc, which was generated with raft-setup.sh I guess
