Hi，I tried to run the pipeline on galaxyproject docker platform. however the software diginorms and amos were not available via toos center. Would you like to help me fix this? thanks a lot.

I would say that since this project is almost 10 years old, you should look into newer alternatives. As you noted, some of the required software may not be available anymore.
