[3.1.0-1.20] Textile Backup requires cloth-config2 but Cloth Config API itself called different #138

According to the mods.toml file packaged in Cloth Config API 11.1.106:

modId = "cloth_config"
version = "11.1.106"

and it seems like incompatible with Textile Backup because it requires cloth-config2 mod to be on classpath. Please clarify on your CurseForge page the exact Cloth Config versions you support. Thanks!
