Add ability to backup entire game/server root (+config) (bump to 2.4.0) #83

Adds an option to either backup just the world folder (like normal, default) or the entire server/game root (for servers, but also usable in client). Also exclude backup folder to prevent chaos.

Bump to 2.4.0.

(yes i did test this on client and server)

Sorry for leaving you on read for so long.

After some consideration I came to the conclusion that first, making copy of the entire game every time you want to make a backup of the world is quite inefficient. Next, TxB is already a tangled mess and has way too many niche features. Finally, you didn't consider the fact that it would somehow handle restoring of the backup.

Either way, Thank You very much for your effort, but I have to close down this PR. If you really disagree with me, perhaps fork the project.
