Inspect https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/DMRnet/readme/README.html and https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SzymonNowakowski/DMRnet/ae436747b86dda3496abe755cf39cbbb7bf6aaaf/README.md (which is a raw Readme file for the commit tagged 0.3.1 that went into CRAN)

On a first glance it seems that CRAN handles headers (indicated with ###) and numbered lists without a one-line spacer differently than GitHub does. So something that looks OK on GitHub, looks not formatted well on CRAN.
