The \ifcsvfirstrow command doesn't work #23

Reported by private communication: The \ifcsvfirstrow command does not work, because it uses \g__csvsim_firstline_bool instead of \g__csvsim_line_firstline_bool.

Clear fix: Replace \g__csvsim_firstline_bool by \g__csvsim_line_firstline_bool
