One blocker for this is the current use of playwright for the authentication flow which massively bloats the docker image beyond what I consider reasonable.

Some solutions:

Custom bare-minimum playwright installation (e.g. only 1 browser, system-wide driver, etc).
Dropping the playwright requirement and doing some good old-fashioned flow reverse engineering.
