Add the feature to save the user presets in chrome storage. If preset is present, it should override default init config defined in constants.js.
Note: Perhaps we could merge INITIAL_COMP_PROPS & INITIAL_GAIN_PROPS into a single item with the same format that the object stored in sayd preset.
