Is it possible to correct the aspect ratio on the VIC-20 (and others?)? #21

I know this comes down to the VIC-20 not having square pixels, but is there any way to do some sort of scaling to get the aspect ratio closer to actual? It would, l think, need to be slightly different even between the PAL and NTSC versions. Maybe it could be included as part of the scaling option?

The display code is currently very limited, but this is on the list of features to implement.
