Add bittrex price provider #4

SC not listed with Binance, thought it could be helpful to have Bittrex as a price provider as well.

I can submit without the ticker changes if you like.

Thanks for creating a pull request, @jamesmudgett! Your BittrexPriceProvider definitely helps. However, as the PR also adds/changes some coins, I would put it on hold until we have implemented a scrolling touch bar view. As more coins are added, we cannot fit them all on the touch bar limited space.
