Authentication not works / necessary #477

Currently (in mms- intranet) i can access the phonebook without any sucessfull performed login. This means i can simple abort the login popup and use phonebook in the same way as an authenticated user :(

I've attached a screenshot of the phonebook main page without as an unauthenicated user:

Does the popup come up every time you are browsing the site? Which system/browser do you use?
