Light dimming issue on APIv2

Describe the bug light dimming power is active when [dimming power] slider is at a certain value even though the [dim lights] and [dim lights on battery] checkboxes are unchecked although I can control the dimming power and brighten the lights by sliding the [dimming power] slider to zero value. only happens on alienfx-tools version 7.1.0 and up, version 7.0.4.1 works ok.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'settings'
2. Check the 'dim lights' no effect
3. Slide the 'dimming power slider' lights dim and brighten accordingly.

System:

• Model: [Alienware 15 R2]
• AlienFX: [APIv2, VID_187C/PID_0528]
• OS: [Windows 10 1909 stable]

Check profile settings - in case dimming active at profile as well, this switch can not work.

I Checked it out, same situation, only the dimming power slider can control the brightness of the lights..

Seems like i found a bug. Dimming for some devices (v1-v3,v7) is software, so i forget to check some condition. Check this version, it should fix this - alienfx-gui.zip
