This isn't a feature request, but it was the best Issue type to choose.
1) Concerning ultra-low power useage, can the fans be "forced" to 0 rpms if you do manual mode with a flat line across the bottom of the graph?
2) Is there a way to get the fans to ramp up more quickly during a surge in power/temps? Currently it takes quite a few seconds to reach full speed when I start a benchmark. But my desktop is essentially instananeous at going straight to max rpm on a rapid transition to max temperatures.
Just use "Quiet" power mode. It also will limit PLs.
No. Fans can't get faster than it gets - it's quite inertial hardware. The only thing you can speed up - add point to real 100 boost earlier (overboost take more time).
