This allows building with Visual Studio 2022, as the VS2019 C++ ATL library isn't available in the VS2022 installer.

Some minor gitignore changes to avoid pushing my local configuration too.

Haven't yet tested the v1 SDK build, doing that now

Also see my commits have to be signed, that might take a while...

I can probably just do this locally so you don't have to install visual studio 2022
