This reduces to getting the list of family names, specially of those for which the family is registered as "other".

compare: kinase_list.csv vs updated_kinase_list.csv when done, delete the redundant file

for kinase_list.csv :

all family names of the "kinase list csv" file should be in "family csv" file
all family names of "familiy csv" should correspond to family name of "kinase list csv"

Check the information in this website: http://kinase.com/web/current/kinbase/genes/SpeciesID/9606/

in the Classification column they have information on: group, Family, subfamily. It would be nice to extract it and correct the "kinase_list.csv" and "famiy.csv" with that info.

families.csv has been made however i don't think it's necessary to find the individual classifications for groups listed as 'other' as unirprot is presenting these families as other and since its a reputable source I think we should be fine
