Reimplement soldier-captain-player formation #12

Desired feature:

Soldiers and captain will all just follow the player
Player holds down SPACE to "charge" the captain up with soldiers
On release, captain and followers are all fired off to target position
Length of charging will determine how many soldiers a captain brings with it

Questions to address:

Player currently needs to hold down SPACE to aim. How will we balance this with charging? What if the player just wants to aim and not necessarily charge up?

Suggestion:

Maybe TAB chambers and initiates aiming
Hold SPACE to charge
Release SPACE to fire

Adding charging behavior to the existing code controlling formations is quickly turning this into spaghetti code. Maybe in the future consider implementing a separate system that manages shuffling followers around between different leaders.

Implemented a FormationManager to handle moving followers between different parents
Getting to the point where a separate movement AI needs to be in place to handle moving followers to the right places.
