Shows "Invalid Date" on Calendar #236

The calendar pop-ups with the text "Invalid Date" on it, why is this so? I am using it with Bootstrap 4.3. All the dates of the month are not appearing on the calendar and instead of day, month, year, it shows "Invalid Date". Can't I use it on the multiple pages by changing the id of inputs... Please tell me the solution to this issue, I am working on an important project... Screenshot 2020-07-25 at 6 09 54 PM
