New DVB-T Driver to be Included #111

Hi, I'd like if possible to add a new driver/fw for my KWorld UB430-AF DVB-T 
ditital TV turner (Based on Fujitsu mb86a20s). I've done some research and it 
seems to be added in Linux Kernel and it works on Ubuntu 11.x now so (if my 
very low skill/knowledge of Linux and Android is not wrong), it could be added 
to Uruk and be used for Digital TV. This will be great so that we (Argentina 
and Brasil users) could enjoy it.

1. Add driver (and firmware if needed) to support KWorld UB430-AF dongle (Based 
on Fujitsu mb86A20s).
