Will my Settings apply on an Update? #55

Excuse my English, but I am German.

I have installed UD 1.0.
If I establish Settings, Apps and Shortcuts, will they apply to UrukDroid 1.1 
or have I to do it all again?

And, by the way, can I portare my personal Settings from the Stock ROM to 
Urukdroid?
