Stop app from starting a download for specific file types like Microsoft Office files #30

Some files trigger download because of the iframe. There should be a different display method or just a button for these files.

Steps to reproduce

Go to app
click upload
select docx or ppt file
upload
app triggers weird anonymous downloads
Requirements
App should not trigger downloads.
App may still display content.
App may display other indicator instead of content
