it foes not look nice that you need to write "mailto:mygood@email.tld" or "tel:+12346789012" - I suggest a field where you can choose if the prefix http://, https:// (should be default), mailto:, or tel: will be used and then the link text/number gets added. In frontend you would see not the prefix. This would make links also much better to read and shorter in the frontend.
