https://.../posts/65 - In the application for the "Your experience" section is nice but more or less useless as usually people worked in more than only one job and there is no field to enter references which could can contacted either. As most people looking for a job have already formated a resume cover letter and resume it would be better to have them sending this document DIRECT to the one who offers the job. It does not make sense to store it in the website which also might cause GDPR privacy issues. Better is definitely to send the application document directly to the recipient (company) via email and the .pdf attached. Benefit from an attached .pdf is also that an image can be added.
one Solution might be to make the "Experience field ajaxed so that more than one last jobs can be entered and adding 2-3 reference fields with name and phone too.
Actually it would be great to have a resume builder integrated which could be linked to a certain resume page - depending on the job the resumes of people might look different case by case.
Use-case: Applicant would create his resume which gets attached and stored with his profile or on his profile The Applicant applies to the job and in the form he could choose the most fitting resume for the a specific job he had created with the resume builder to send to the company.
In that case the Description section would be the Cover Letter section.
