The Friend request in right sidebar shows up only in Admins, Account Home Page but not in a regular users sidebar while in a users sidebar suggested pages and suggested events show up which do not show up in the admins page, Probably because he had created the pages and the events. ;)
But the friends request showed up immediately on the admins account but not at a regular users account. Nor does the groups show up.
