Working with flexform sheets and mapping into array vars #540

Till yet, TemplaVoilà can only handle DataStructures/FlexForms without sheets (or only sDEFsheet) but we can support sheets with the newer mapping system. So the dataPath in the mapping configuration can contain the sheet in the form "sheetName.fieldName"

Also adding the possibility to use arrays for mappings which is also done with a dot path.
