Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. AVIF uses AV1, so animated images with AVIF should be the most efficient

Describe the solution you'd like I would like "AVIF Tools", a menu to make animated AVIF images

Describe alternatives you've considered

Isn't possible now because of the lack of such a library
