v3.0.0 - Make logger.sh file, to log during print #18

Make a logger.sh file, in order to deprecate the current logger.py file. This will make it possible to move away from using the extended_macros repo and instead use the gcode_shell_command, which can be installed from KIAUH. https://github.com/T9Air/Klipper_Power_Resume/blob/v3.0.0/Roadmap/v3.0.0.md

I may work on this, but I will not merge it until the interface is complete, with the checklist in the README.md is complete.
