I have not had a chance to test on Windows 11 yet.
Can you provide more information about the error you are seeing?

My apologies for the delay. Wanted to be sure, thus tried the installation process on another computer with fresh WIN11 and Python 3.9 - and I have good news - up and running with smooth installation!
