WIN11 incompatibility #494

Hello, just successfully installed talib on WIN10, however, WIN11 crashed - error corrupted file during VB nmake even though it is same directory.

I have not had a chance to test on Windows 11 yet.

Can you provide more information about the error you are seeing?

My apologies for the delay. Wanted to be sure, thus tried the installation process on another computer with fresh WIN11 and Python 3.9 - and I have good news - up and running with smooth installation!

Thank you for such a great library and work, highly appreciated the way it is coded - speed and elegance.
