Set path for Apple Silicon architectures #580

Check if OS is of Apple Silicon architecture to prep pip install with the correct path.

It might be a good idea to just always do this, instead of just for arm64

Thank you! I merged it and then modified to alway set in 2e449cbb5d09dc5976558d221c47e19286b38e2f
