Windows Installation Sources not Found #640

http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/ta-lib/ta-lib-0.4.0-msvc.zip is not loading, also the alternative unofficial Windows binaries lead to 404 pages - https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#ta-lib

Hi @Thelastpoet, I'm not sure what's going on with that link.

You can see and download all the files for Ta-Lib from here:

Or also, I have now mirrored it onto Github:
