Alias name and Nickname for P115 Plugs are Base64 encoded #42

The alias name and the nickname attributes of a P115 plug are displayed in a Base64 encoded format and therefor not human readable. They should be decoded before written to the attributes.

The same for P100 plugs. It would be really nice if this could be implemented promptly.
