More than 2000 energy stats folders slowing down the system #54

For every day a new folder is created showing energy utilisation, in my system it is over 2000. This is unuseable, it completely slows down the system by opening the folder structure. I'd wish to have a DP with the total energy consumed [counter] (as in the previous app). Would this be possible?

The app is showing weekly, monthly, yearly stats, this would be great to have for this adapter as well.
