Volvo Oncall - Country selction #7

Tried to run the Volvo oncall in iobroker - Switzerland. The login failed :-) I suggest that a country-selction should be integrated in the setup..... https://www.volvocars.com/**de-ch**/support/topics/konten-login

Volvo supports only north america china and rest of the world
