Support for Audi branded Elli wallbox Connect Pro #175

Support for the Audi branded Elli Connect Pro Wallbox is kindly asked. This is assumed the same hardware as for ID Charger, Seat, Skoda etc Only difference is with hosting the API on Audi servers, entrypoint is here https://homecharging-audi.apps.emea.vwapps.io

It needs a myAudi account/registration, then it shows Audi/Elli wallboxes and charging information. Wallbox may get registered here and also Audi branded RFID cards used for starting the charging in private mode and accounting. Charging history is available.
