I tested all the basic functionality by hand.

Listing works well.
Delete works, but the actors endpoint will report a successful deletion of an alias that doesn't exist. We could implement a "pre-flight" check to compensate.
Create works well.
It looks like permissions isn't implemented yet, nor is an update capability.
