Overview

Use Core-CMS image that has:

commit of most recent APCD prod deploy
hotfix of setting SESSION_COOKIE_SECURE = True

Warning Unsure how to test.

Testing & UI

Portal Login Cookie

In Chrome/ium DevTools > Application > Cookies
Confirm "Secure" column for "sessionid" cookie is checked.

Any CMS Page

Confirm style on CMS pages is unchanged from https://txapcd.org/.
