Overview / Changes

For UI Demo:

fix it to work on CEP and TUP ^{Because #692 did not seem to fix it on TUP.}
remove project-specific config ^{Because it wasn't working and was convoluted.}
rename to ui-demo ^{It had been css-demo, but it could demo JavaScript.}
document better
