Change prefixes on renamed settings.

  1. [x] Build new CMS image.
  2. [x] Update Core-Portal-Deployments to use new prefix for PTDataX.
  3. [x] Deploy PTDataX Pre-Prod.
  4. [x] Verify logo and favicon are unchanged / still work.
