For non rank 0 fullscreen windows, the visibility of the mouse cursor should be configurable

Hi Daniel,

We'll look into this. In the mean time, you can use something like 'unclutter' which will hide the mouse cursor after a period of inactivity. This is what we use on our render nodes.
