Overview

Add a status form field so that users can set the status of their ticket when replying.

Changes

Update the ticket reply form with a dropdown for ticket status.
Update the useTicketReply hook to invalidate the tickets cache on success (to pick up on the new status).

Testing

Reply to a ticket you own and set its status. Confirm that the selected status is reflected in the UI/history.
