Distinguish project styles from global styles.
Fix minor mistakes in styles readme.

Test new headings in Table of Contents:
- Use Project Styles
- Create Project Styles

Notes

Project styles first introduced in https://github.com/TACC/tup-ui/pull/288. When mature, project styles can become Core Styles.
