Overview

Creates an alternative to the dropdown menu when resolving tickets
Accounts for different scenarios of resolving and replying to tickets * refer to testing

TUP-591 Check that this ticket also covers what TUP-591 asks

Changes

Removes validation using yup Recreates the checkbox without Formik Sends data using props to the TicketModal Makes the dropdown resolve to a checkbox

Testing

Scenarios for RT Tickets

User can:

[ ] Reply without resolving the issue
[ ] Reply with resolving the issue
[ ] Resolve the issue without replying

Then, there's another thing we need to be careful for:

[ ] A user can resolve and un-resolve tickets

I'm making the call that this PR is good to go.

My concerns were resolved.
@jarosenb's items seems resolved by:
- answer-plus-new-ticket
- a variable rename
