docs(README): remove outdated commands #408

Overview

Remove outdated commands from README.md.

Testing

  1. Verify npx nx build tup-components is unsupported.
  2. Verify npx nx build tup-css is unsupported.

Notes

I'll propose greater edits to the README someday. I've gotten good at README.md's, I think. Examples: TACC/Core-CMS, TACC/Core-CMS-Custom, TACC/Core-CMS-Resources.
