TACC & TAM Login Form Synergy

Goal

Make the help links, and respective pages, on TACC login form and TAM login form be consistent and cohesive.

Concerns

1. Login form links do not match.
2. Login form texts are not as distinct as the could be ("Reset" and "Request" are similar).
3. If TACC login form help link text is changed, then it should match TAM login help page titles.
4. How to improve coordination for login form changes.

1. TAM Login, Username or Email: Does email always work? Does everyone has username?
   • There may be many one email for many usernames. — TAM
   • Email is required on login support form, because it is more likely user knows e-mail than username. — TAM
