Kite doesn't work very well for monsters that are slower than half your speed #35

TAEB keeps backing up and then moving forward, only occasionally throwing projectiles. Not entirely sure what's up.

This is likely because we used to have a LetClose behavior to handle this, but we disabled it because it was buggy.

I think this is actually because radiate is broken.
