`avoid_branch` doesn't seem to work very well #40

My config has avoid_branch: mines, but I keep ending up in the mines.

I don't think this is still a problem.

No, it is still a problem. I think it's likely related to #69, although I'm not positive.

It can also happen if there's a secret door on the level, and the dungeon stair is on the other side but the mines stair isn't. We should go back and search harder on D:2-4 if we don't find both sets of stairs.
